At Love Carter Designs, it is our desire to give you a confident and satisfactory shopping experience. Our supportive and dedicated members of staff work round the clock to ensure that your order of inspirational jewelry & all your designer and custom crafted necklaces are delivered to your desired destination in time.

Every detail that pertains to your order is recorded and worked on in order to meet your precise preferences. Upon confirmation of details and completion of payment transactions, every piece of jewelry is designed to meet your exact requirements.

Since all handcrafted and personalized bracelets & necklaces are uniquely designed, these pieces cannot be sold to other clients if returned, therefore, all sales are final. There are no refunds issued, only exchanges. So it is imperative that you get to ensure that all details contained in your order are correct before being scheduled for shipping. Make sure that the spellings for names that need to be engraved are correct as well as the color, dimensions and any other details regarding your order.

However, if you are not happy with the items that you receive due to a fault of ours, misspelled or wrong color, you can make a return and have it exchanged with another one. This also applies to all mistaken shipments that you may receive. If you have any issues with your order, make sure to contact us as soon as possible by sending us a message so that we can move swiftly to correct the problem. We must be notified within 7 Business Days after delivery of item to your delivery address for exchanges to be honored. Once notified, you have 3 Business Days to arraign for item to be sent back to our warehouse and tracking number sent to us to verify return. No Exchanges given if these terms are not followed.

No Refunds Given.

Love Carter will not cover the shipping cost for items sent back to us for exchanges and the redelivery fee back out to you if requested by customer.

Love Carter will only cover shipping fee back to us if it is our fault for the item/items sent in error.
