On occasion, Love Carter Designs offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. The processing time for orders is 2 Business Days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-7 days, and 10-15 Business Days Internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country/state or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has exited our warehouse and accepted by the USPS service or leaving the United States.
Love Carter will not be held responsible for items that are not received by the customer at the time of delivery. All items need to be signed for with Signature Confirmation. If you are not available and items are sent back to our warehouse YOU, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery fee to ship the items back out to you. Love Carter will not be responsible and cover the cost of redelivery of items missed due to customer failure to receive or issue with your local USPS carrier. All sales are Final.
All packages are shipped with Signature Confirmation attached. Make sure you have your package sent to a place where someone can sign for it.
Love Carter will not cover the shipping cost for items sent back to us for exchanges and the redelivery fee back out to you if requested by customer.
Love Carter will only cover shipping fee back to us if it is our fault for the item/items sent in error.
